Spring boating fairs

With the cancellation of this years Palma International boat show, marine businesses on Mallorca have arranged two alternative boating events to showcase the Islands potential.

The Mallorca Superyacht Days in Port Adriano where over forty Superyachts of 24m and above will be on show, dates 28th-30th April.
Then in May we have the Portals Nautical weekend showcasing all things Nautical from tenders and chandlery to luxury motor yachts, dates 26th 28th May
Mallorca Cruising support these initiatives to promote the Balearic Islands as a World Class Cruising area and hope that you will too!

Spring is in the air!

Spring weather has arrived in Mallorca just in time for Easter!
The Almond blossom is out and the sun is shining.
Beach restaurants and bars are busy setting out their tables and the marinas are a hive of activity as we prepare the Charter fleet for the start of the season.
The team at Mallorca Cruising looks forward to welcoming customers old & new to the island this year.

The mountains look very picturesque with over half a meter up high, but sadly no skiing unless you fancy a long trudge uphill first!

Great winds!

Recent windy conditions have been great for our sailing buddies, but not so good for the power-boaters! One holed up safely in Rapita watching the waves breaking over the sea wall, another bobbing about in Mahon. Better though for the rest of the week and it's going to get warmer again!! Yippee!!

RYA courses update

Mallorca Cruising are pleased to announce that we can now offer RYA approved Motor Cruiser training up to Yachtmaster level through our partner here in Mallorca, A1 RYA Sea school.
Day or live aboard courses will be offered on our Fairline Phantom 40 motor yacht berthed in the prestigious Royal Yacht Club in Puerto Pollensa.
